Frost Dragon!
Frost dragons are rarely seen. They have pale scales with blue tints. They only inhabitant frosty, cold places with plenty of snow and especially ice. They will seek out a complex ice cave system to make their home in. In the north, they only eat polar bears, seals, and whales. When they live in the south, they prey mostly on penguins.
